  This place has gone downhill since it opened. At first they had great stylists working there that would listen to what you want and give you a great haircut. Now they can't keep anyone there long enough, they don't listen, give a mediocre haircut and put you to buy their products. The last 3 times we went in my son had a picture of what he wanted and when he walked out it looked nothing like what he asked for. The 1st time this happened I brought him back there to have a different stylist try to fix his hair, the 2nd time he was so upset that they gave us a $3.00 discount because there was no way to fix his hair (when you ask for a half an inch trimmed off and you end up with only half an inch of hair left there's no fixing that when you wanted a Pompadour) and this last time we thought that we would try it again because the stylist he originally liked happened to be working but she didn't listen to what he wanted, rushed his haircut and told him that the reason it looked different from the picture was the styling product he requested her to use. Conveniently after his very rushed haircut and trying to sell me $20.00 hair gel that didn't hold his hair, she announced to the other stylists working that she was going home for the day. I find it nuts that is $19.00 for a 11 year old to get a haircut and then I have to go pay another place to fix what they messed up. They are in such a hurry to get you in and out if you're not purchasing their MVP that they don't even care to listen. Sorry we won't be back and we aren't the only ones that have said it too.
